Introduction

Aceso refers to the Greek goddess of healing, whose work focused on gentle, steady recovery — the kind that helps you understand what you’re carrying, develop new ways to respond, and move forward with clarity.

At Aceso Psychology you’ll work directly with an experienced, doctoral-level psychologist and former professor, who combines evidence-based practice with deep, real-world understanding. The work we do together will be collaborative, practical, and focussed on the specific challenges you’re facing — from anxiety and burnout, to performance, purpose, and complex life transitions.

Whether you prefer in-person appointments or online sessions, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalised care designed to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

Providing you with a safe space to relax

In person sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable room where you can slow down, breathe, think clearly, and talk openly. Soft light, natural materials, and comfortable seating create an environment that supports calm and open conversation.

In-person and remote options

I have two offices in Canberra: one in Deakin (stair access only), and one in Phillip (elevator access).

Can’t make it to an in-person appointment? No worries – there are good options to work together online.
