In-person appointments
I offer 50 minute face-to-face psychology sessions, at either Deakin or Phillip, in the ACT. The cost for a session is $300. You may be eligible to receive a rebate for the session if you have a mental health care plan or private insurance (see below). I also offer shorter 30 minute sessions with existing clients who want to have a shorter session for $190.

If you would like regular sessions (e.g., fortnightly, particular times of day) over a period of time, it is recommended that you book ahead. If through our initial sessions we decided that we were not a good fit, or the key work is completed, we can simply release those bookings. If, however, you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, short-notice cancellation fees will apply

Walking sessions
Walking and talking can be a powerful way to generate new insights and shift patterns of thinking. If supported by your Mental Health Care Plan, you may also be eligible for a rebate when walking sessions are clinically appropriate — for example, if being indoors may hinder your recovery or the effectiveness of the work.
Walking sessions are priced at $330 per hour, to allow for travel time and logistics. If we walk in the area around my clinics, there’s no travel cost.

Support at Training and Competition
I provide psychological support within sport teams’ training environments as well as at competitions. Packages are tailored to the needs of the athlete or organisation and reflect time away from the clinic, travel and accommodation, and any required preparation or materials.

If you track your physiology through devices like Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, or Fitbit, I offer personalised analysis (using R-studio) interpretation of your data — helping you understand patterns in stress, recovery, training load, performance, and wellbeing. Pricing is provided once your data and questions have been reviewed.
